"We tried Liz' carrot cake last week for the first time, the intention was to have it as the 'adult' cake at my Son Georges 4th birthday party, obviously I had to try it first & once the first bite passed my lips I knew that cake wasn't going ANYWHERE!!!!!!!!! It was DIVINE!!!!!! Seriously it was one of the best I have had, & as carrot cake is my favorite believe me I have had many!!
The one we got was quite a large cake so it lasted well for a few days in the fridge, but I am sure she could do smaller ones if required. All in all Liz' cake was FANTASTIC & I am looking forward to trying more of her range" (EJ)

More than once she has been required to spend the night at our house to care for the children, and a couple of times she had them for 3 day weekends. It was a rather dull day, very foggy and not the usual Sitges light, but Niamh found some great spots around Sitges and the result was fantastic.
