Es Boldado Cala d’Hort

Simply breathtaking, Es Boldado sits high on a hill above the beach of Cala d’Hort with the most amazing view of Es Vedra you will ever see. An authentic restaurant – rustic and simple. It has a reputation of serving the island’s very best seafood, cooked in a Mediterranean style, but there’s also a hearty selection of meat and chicken from the grill. All produce is sourced in Ibiza.

Es Boldado was recommended to us by several people as being an amazing fish restaurant. It is set on the edge of a rocky cliff and has incredible sea views over Es Vedra (supposedly home of the Sirens in the Odyssey). It is quite hard to find and is set at the end of a dirt track but worth the journey! The kids really enjoyed their paella and the lizards scavenging for food kept them busy 🙂 Reservations are absolutely necessary. (Rebecca Laidlaw)
