After the birth of my first child and being far from family and friends, I started to have a really hard and desperate time. Post partum depression set in and I was so exhausted and felt unrecognizable to myself. Amy worked with me through this phase. It was such a relief to have warm and caring support and someone to talk to about everything going on. She also showed me a toolkit of helpful techniques which helped me cope and step by step, get back to a happier place. I´m now so much more relaxed and settled into enjoying motherhood have a beautiful bond with our daughter. It was a positive and transformative experience for me. Without a doubt I would urge anybody having a hard time to work with Amy, she was amazing and I am really grateful for her assistance. (Naomi)
