A waterpark in Madrid for all the family

Aquópolis Vilanueva de la Cañada is a popular waterpark in Madrid, and is among the biggest outdoor pool leisure centres in Europe. The perfect place to cool off during hot landlocked madrileño summers, the park boasts over 2,000 m2 of pale sandy beaches, a wave pool and over 15 exciting water attractions.

Fully renovated in 2022, popular attractions include adrenaline fuelled waterslides for teenagers and older kids and mini versions suitable for younger children. The popular Tiki Island splash park is perfect for little ones and there is a chilled lazy river for relaxing in the sunshine.

The park has relaxation areas with a Hawaiian theme and plenty of food and drink options.

VIP Experiences at Aquópolis Vilanueva

Visitors can hire sun loungers for the day or indulge in a VIP experience, with fully equipped cabanas, balinese style double beds and all inclusive bracelets available.

One of the most popular VIP experiences is learning how to swim with a monofin with professional mermaids. Combining swimming, freediving and synchronised swimming, these unique sessions let you become a real life mermaid.

Group Visits and Birthday Parties

Larger groups and birthday parties are well catered for, with different packages available to suit a range of needs. For school groups, the park offers free entry to teachers accompanying a certain number of kids.

Families are allowed to bring their own picnics, or enjoy the variety of food trucks and restaurants in the park. The park is open from mid June to mid September, midday to 9pm.
