Since 2006 English Driving Bcn have trained hundreds of drivers to learn to drive in Barcelona. They have English speaking driving instructors to help you to get the Spanish driving licence in the easiest way possible and they have both manual (AUDI) and automatic (Mercedes) cars. In order to get a Spanish licence you need to take a Theory Test, which you can do in English, and a practical driving exam on public roads which lasts about 25 minutes. Your driving instructor is sitting next to you and the examiner is sitting behind your driving instructor.
