Berlin Brandenburg International School provides education in English for 3 to 18 year olds teaching all three IB programmes.
Berlin Brandenburg International School is a leading International Baccalaureate (IB) World school offering all three IB programmes:
- From ages 6-11, students join Grades 1 to 5 to pursue the IB Primary Years Programme
- From ages 11-16, students join secondary school to pursue the IB Middle Years Programme
- From ages 16-18, students continue at the secondary school to study the IB Diploma Programme
The school is home to around 650 day students and around 70 boarding students, from 3 to 19 years of age. The school is situated in a spacious and forested campus with over 360,000 sqm for growth and discovery. The facilities at BBIS include four large red brick buildings, a pavilion, a sports hall, and a sports field. Opposite the school buildings is the full-size artificial-turf sports field with a six-lane running track.
