About

Bilingual European School High School is a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility representing the natural evolution of the BES pathway, designed to prepare global citizens for the world’s leading universities. Located in a new 3,800 m² campus in Milan’s vibrant Lancetti-Isola district, it serves students aged 14 to 18.

The High School represents the natural continuation of a journey that begins in early childhood at The British American Pre-School (BAPS) and continues through BES Primary and Middle School, ensuring continuity and consistent pedagogical quality. BES High School offers personalised university counselling and academic orientation services, supporting students in selecting the most suitable university pathways and assisting with applications to Italian and international universities.

BES Curriculum

The core of the BES High School pathway is a four-year bilingual programme enabling students to obtain two prestigious diplomas simultaneously, recognised in Italy and internationally:

• Italian Scientific High School Diploma (Applied Sciences), recognised by MIUR
• Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD), a globally respected Canadian diploma

The BES curriculum integrates both systems in a 50/50 Italian-English structure, offering advanced multidisciplinary preparation. After four years, students obtain both diplomas and can directly access top Italian and international universities without additional examinations.

In line with the BES and Ontario approach, the High School promotes hands-on learning, continuous assessment, experiential projects, and cutting-edge tools, making students active participants in their education.

The curriculum fosters critical thinking and global awareness through interdisciplinary projects, study trips, and international collaborations. Students develop both academic excellence and essential soft skills such as resilience, leadership, time management, and problem-solving.

Campus and Location

The Resegone Campus is designed to nurture talent and creativity, with advanced laboratories for Science, Physics, Art, Music, and Drama. The campus boasts 2,800 m² of indoor space and 1,700 m² of outdoor areas, with collaborations with external facilities for Physical Education.

Located in Milan’s Lancetti-Isola district, just 10 minutes from M3 Maciachini metro station, there is a dedicated shuttle service for families with children enrolled at multiple campuses.

Fees and Admissions
