Parent and baby classes that promote post natal health and bonding

Mum and entrepreneur Victoria Jennings established Bloom Baby Classes in 2017. She was looking for a more flexible work life to fit around her three girls. She had suffered from PND and anxiety after the arrival of her first daughter and wanted to create a baby class that helped new parents learn to bond with their child.

Bloom Baby Classes provide highly researched baby development programmes for babies from six weeks of age to 14 months. Each activity has been carefully researched to provide a benefit to parents as well as your baby. The teacher led approach centres around the 3 stages of learning – social/emotional, cognitive and physical – allowing little ones to explore and experience these fun classes with their parents.

The brand focuses on post natal wellbeing and mental health. As an experienced parent herself Victoria understands how life changes after having a baby and with that in mind she wanted to ensure that classes are welcoming and inclusive to all. Each activity aims to strengthen the bond between parent and child and can be replicated at home.

For younger babies they encourage tummy time as well as gentle exercises to help strengthen muscle tone. Beautiful parachutes encourage visual skills and tracking and at the end of each class a gentle baby massage ensures your baby sleeps well after class.

The class for 6 months and over is fully interactive and encourages early language acquisition and motor control. With instruments, bubbles, parachutes, treasure baskets and theme time there is so much for your inquisitive growing baby to explore!

Each week at Bloom a new theme is  explored – from froggy fun, Charleston and circus to farm and space. Babies get to explore the fun props as well as explore treasure baskets which promote heuristic learning.

Bloom has won and been nominated for many national awards and are accredited by the Children’s Activities Association providing peace of mind to parents across the UK. They have also been featured in the national press and seen on TV.

With over 17 successful franchises across the north of England, Victoria is now looking to bring Bloom Baby Classes to Europe. If these multi sensory baby development classes appeal to you then why not think about bringing them to your local community? Franchisees who join the Bloom community receive full training and support.
