Patricia Arribálzaga, creator of Cakes Haute Couture, located in Sitges, is an artist who designs extraordinary birthday and celebration cakes. Patricia creates spectacular and glamorous wedding cakes and celebration cakes, cupcakes, cookies and pâtisserie as if they were Haute Couture costumes. The Atelier de Patricia Arribálzaga, is the first and famous school of design pastry in Spain.

The cakes are really quite amazing to look at and better still they are not artificially-flavoured nor contain any preservatives. She can make a wide range of cakes with character (i.e. Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck, Superman) designs and beautiful castles for little girls. (Sitges Playgroup)
