For over twenty years, Cambridge House Community College has offered education to Spanish and international students with the aim of creating a stimulating and home environment from the age of 3-18.
The school follows the English educational system, giving students the possibility of studying at universities in the UK, Spain or elsewhere. The school currently has approximately 1300 students. Of these students, 5% are English with the remaining percentage being made up of other nationalities but primarily Spanish. Gaining entry into the Infant school can be difficult as it is very popular, and the school has been oversubscribed in the past.
Cambridge House Community College takes students through the iGCSE examinations on to A Levels, and also offers obligatory Spanish national curriculum subjects to allow graduates to also obtain the Bachillerato qualification. This opens the door for students to apply for universities in both Spain and the UK.
Schools fees start at 6,390 annually for nursery and primary school pupils, rising to 7,560 annually for sixth form students. A full list of services and fees can be found here.
The school is non-selective but asks for academic records of each candidate and GCSE results for those wishing to enter sixth form. The admissions process can be started by contacting the school or filling out an online enrolment form.
The school is based in the Rocafort municipality to the north of Valencia, and is a 20 minute drive from the city centre.
