This popular yoga centre offers classes to women during and after pregnancy. The course during pregnancy is dedicated to helping women stay healthy, flexible and strong and prepare the body physically and mentally for labour. The course for mother and baby allows both to relax and participate in something therapeutic together whilst allowing the mother to recover gently after the birth. (Babies must be at least 3 months old). The centre also offers children’s yoga classes.
