City Pilates is close to Bilbao metro and runs classes with machines and on the floor. They also have classes for pregnant women and postpartum as well as mum and baby classes.
These are fantastic for relaxation, breathing techniques, keeping supple and building up strength. She really focuses on the areas which are under strain during pregnancy. I attend 2 classes a week and have never felt so well! I will definitely be going back for the mother & baby classes. (Clare Evans-Pollard)
