The Colegio Internacional Torrequebrada (CIT) – or the Torrequebrada International College – is located in Benalmadena in the south of Andalucia surrounded by mountains and fringed by the Mediterranean Sea.

Right in the heart of the Costa del Sol, the school receives students from all surrounding towns including the capital Málaga, Marbella, Mijas, Fuengirola, Torremolinos and Alhaurin, all accessible within no more than 30 minutes by car.

 

The Colegio Internacional Torrequebrada is a bilingual private school for children from 2-18 years old, and is a member of the prestigious International Baccalaureate (IB) World Schools. The school has the full authorisation to teach the IB Diploma Programme and became the first school in Malaga to offer this programme in Spanish. In addition, High School Baccalaureate students enrolled at CIT are able to achieve a Dual Qualification: National and International Baccalaureate diplomas.

The school has a multilingual and innovative approach to education, providing British Council-inspected education covering the British National Curriculum from infant through to primary school (up to 11 years). From secondary school, the Colegio Internacional Torrquebrada provides the International Baccalaureate programme, covering the Spanish National Curriculum in bilingual mode (both English & Spanish tuition).
