Alexandra de Willermin is a certified 5Rhythms® teacher who specializes in working with children. She offers Birthday and Party Dances for Children and classes for Families in and around Paris (in English, French or Spanish). The 5Rhythms® enable children to express themselves through movement, rhythm, dance and art. It is a wonderful and fun tool that helps them with focus, discipline, creative expression, release of stress, confidence and body awareness. The aim is to empower each child to be their unique creative self, while dancing with the group and having a good time! Children of all abilities are welcome, as no dance background is necessary to participate.
