Le Centquatre cultural arts centre

February 1, 2018 | Activities, Baby & Toddler, France, Paris

Also known as the 104, this is a unique cultural centre of artistic creativity with exhibition spaces, auditoriums, restaurants and more in a renovated historical building. Tickets for the exhibitions and the shows do vary in cost depending upon the programming, however a ticket for a show provides you with the opportunity to get a discount to the exhibitions, and children under the age of six get free admission to exhibitions. The Littlies’ House welcomes children (from birth up to the age of five) and their parents. It offers everyone a space for play, exchanges, sharing, listening, in an originally-designed area thought up by the artist Matali Crasset.

Inside the building is hidden away a fantastic little place dedicated to toddlers from 0-5 yrs. There are several child carers there but you can’t leave your child there alone, it is for child and parent. It’s a great place for baby to play, mummy to relax and meet other parents, in a design, quiet and safe place. (JP)
