Johan Nillson is registered as a Chiropractor with the General Chiropractic Council (GCC), the British Governing body for Chiropractic and the Swedish Ministry of Health and Social Services. He is registered with the Ministry of Health in Spain and in Germany. He opened the practice in Alfaz del Pí in 1989. They also offer acupuncture, cupping, herbal medicine amongst other Traditional Chinese medicines.

Both Sharon and Johan have a strong Chiropractic philosophy which they bring to the clinic to ensure that the patients are given the best possible treatment which will help the patient son the road to recovery and wellness. They are professional and caring about their patients and their health. They use a variety of techniques which are suitable for all ages from new born babies to grandparents.
