FUTUREO Orientadores are experts in education and orientation for young people studying in Spain. They support families during the stressful stage of teen orientation, helping families ensure they are making the best decision when it comes to choosing options for the future.
They are 4 founders with similar values. After years of experience in the world of education they decided to combine their personal and professional experiences. Clément, Nathalie, Noémie and Rafael are united by the desire to help families overcome the difficult stage of decision-making regarding teenagers’ orientation, giving them the best keys for their professional future, living an experience that will shape their lives.
FUTUREO offers an innovative professional method based on human values and technical tools. They accompany students and their families so that at the end of the orientation process they can choose a desired and projected professional future, aligned with their values and their underlying motivations.
FUTUREO offers 3 different services for families:
- EXPLORE the professional areas and professions that matches with the student’s profile.
- DEEPEN the reflection with family coaching sessions that will serve to advance until the final decision.
- IDENTIFY university degrees and study centres to determine the most appropriate option considering the family’s criteria
At the end of the process, the family has all the information and tools to make a decision.
FUTUREO offer a neutral look (without anteriority, affect, bias or any kind of judgment) which is one of the essential conditions to help a teenager define his or her orientation or reorientation project.
Consultations are available in English, French, and Spanish.
