Gretelle Daffon – Barcelona Code School

Gretelle Daffon is the Managing Director of Barcelona Code School which is dedicated to helping students upgrade themselves by teaching them the technological skills needed to adapt to our digital world. Born in Manila, she grew up between California and The Philippines, and has resided in Spain for the last decade which has served to give her a well-rounded view of the world. With a background in Journalism, her love for tech eventually lead her to further her studies in programming where she realised the lack of representation and support for women. She now aims to bridge that gap and incite interest in both women and companies to join the cause.
