Helen Kraak is a Dutch general practitioner who has been living in Spain since 2022. She received her medical degree in 2013 in Utrecht, the Netherlands after which she specialized in Family Medicine in 2018. Maresme Family Medicine provides general medical care for all ages, including diagnostic tests, minor surgeries, corticosteroid injections, and IUD insertions. By offering videocalls and home visits in the Maresme area you can receive healthcare in the comfort of your own home. Helen is fluent in Dutch, English, and Spanish, so she can provide care in your preferred language.
Helen takes a holistic approach to health care and is passionate to tailor her treatments to the individual needs of each patient. She offers personalised care in order to assist you to maintain and improve your health, whether you are suffering from an illness or just need a check-up.
Many medical issues are treatable online, for instance questions about prescriptions, mental health, skin problems, allergies, contraception and lifestyle so Helen offers a video call service. She also offers house visits and can come to your house, office, or wherever suits you best.
Office hours:
Monday, Thursday and Friday from 09.00 – 17.00

Prices:
An online video consultation takes 30 minutes and costs €60,-.
A double video consultation takes 60 minutes and costs €110,-.
A home visit will cost €140,- (for 1 patient)
Helen does not have any contracts with private insurance companies (mutuas). However, most private insurance companies will reimburse 80 -100% of the costs of your medical treatment, depending on your policy. Please check this with your insurance beforehand.
