Hospital CERAM is located in the heart of Marbella, and offers the latest medical technologies available in the market. The Hospital is specialised in fertility, maternity and paediatric care. The Maternity Unit encourages natural births and has 2 fully equipped rooms for water births. The team of experienced midwives encourage women to think about their own birth plans, skin to skin contact of mum and baby directly after birth and minimum separation of baby from his/her family. All specialist nurses and doctors speak English and the international patient care team is extensive making your time at the hospital as relaxed as possible.

I’ve chosen Hospital Ceram for the birth of my first baby and I had a great experience! Being 30 weeks pregnant, I was new to Spain and I didn’t really know where to go. Internet wasn’t much help – confusing reviews and most of them dated many years back. So here’s mine and I hope it will help someone.

* Dr Benito is a professional, who you will trust from the first appointment and who will make you feel comfortable and confident. He helped me to avoid C-section and to give birth naturally.

The Hospital – Amazing, Super Clean, and excellently equipped. Comfortable, personal private rooms, with private bathroom, which makes you feel like your in a hotel and not a hospital and excellent fresh food served through out the day.
The Staff – Are OUTSTANDING! Dr Benito … incredible. Thorough, understanding and explains everything in great detail. Is truly passionate about his job and knows exactly what he is doing.
The waterbirth experience is amazing! The room is set to a beautiful ambience. Lights on, Lights off, Music or silence. And the aftercare for both mum and baby is super. (Beckii)
