Having been put off the unnecessary invasive treatment by my private doctor, I decided against having the baby in a private clinic, and instead went to the local public hospital. While it was not the touchy feely experience that my friends at home would have had, attitudes had improved a lot since the birth of my first child,this time the doctor took time to explain what was happening. Private delivery room, After the birth my baby stayed with me for the whole time. Very comfortable private room, with bath for the baby. (Anne Lennon)
