International College Spain
International College Spain is the only international school in Madrid that offers the 3 International Baccalaureate Programmes for students aged 3 to 18 years in English. ICS was founded in 1980 by the late entrepreneur and philanthropist Manoucher Farhangi and thanks to him has grown to become one of the leading international schools in Spain. Conveniently located just 10 minutes north of the city centre of Madrid, the school has excellent public transport connections. It is set in 3 hectares of beautiful and idyllic gardens.
ICS Madrid is part of Nord Anglia Education, one of the world’s leading premium schools organisation, with campuses located across 30 countries in the Americas, Europe, China, Southeast Asia, India and the Middle East. With 73 schools around the world, they educate more than 67,000 students from kindergarten through to the end of secondary school.
“Our excellent academic outcomes and support throughout each child’s learning journey are testament to the academic success at ICS. Our students consistently score above the global average in the IB Diploma Programme and Middle Years Programme. Every year we achieve over 94% IB Diploma pass rate, which places us amongst the top 2 percent of schools in the world for IB success rates.
In addition, a healthy child will be more attentive in class and achieve more. We offer a disciplined and stable environment that helps our students feel happy and secure at all times allowing each child to develop self-confidence, self-esteem, maturity, stability and a genuine appreciation and respect for others.”
