October 9, 2018 | France, Lyon

Les Halles de Lyon – Paul Bocuse is a world famous indoor food market selling some of the finest gourmet food in France. The quality and variety of ingredients available at Les Halles is in keeping with Lyon’s reputation as France’s gastronomic capital. The market was inaugurated in 1971 and re-vamped in 2006. It is now home to over 50 vendors, across 13,000 square metres and 3 floors, including several fantastic restaurants. The late chef Bocuse used many of the suppliers here for his own kitchen, many of whom are well known across France for their expertise and exquisite produce.
