Morag Makey – IB Pathways
Morag Makey is co-Director of IB Pathways, offering support to students, families and schools in their International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme journey. (Here is Morag’s interview on the English radio show Carrie On Talking where she talks about how she got to where she is via the soundtrack to her life). As an experienced IB Coordinator and Counsellor, with over 20 years’ experience in international education, Morag brings to her work a wealth of knowledge and a focus on building supportive relationships. Morag’s interests include Positive Education and she is skilled in the development of strategies for self-management and wellbeing for students in the IB and in supporting students in the university application process to put them on the path to success. IB Pathways was founded to meet a growing need to support students, families and schools in their successful transition into, through and beyond the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme. With over 20 years’ experience in international education, the founders have an excellent record of achievement and a passion for empowering students. Through a range of services, including individual mentoring and tutoring, university counselling and a variety of workshops, for students, parents and teachers, IB Pathways supports its clients to fulfil the aims of the IB experience and continued success as lifelong learners.
