Dubbed La Ville Rose (The Pink City) for its many pink-hued brick buildings, Toulouse has fantastic outdoor activity ideas for kids. Pavillon Blanc in Colomiers offers workshops and conferences in light modern arts space and a library with a striking concrete shell.
