Museu de Ciències Naturals de Barcelona

The Museu de Ciències Naturals or Museum of Natural Sciences of Barcelona is located in the Parc del Fòrum, near the sea and the river Besòs. It was built by the architects Herzog & de Meuron in 2004. It occupies 9,000 square meters distributed on two floors with modern facilities and services. There is a permanent exhibition, spaces for temporary exhibitions, a Media Library, workshops for children and an auditorium.
