This open-air park features a playground for all ages, large grassed open spaces and a bike track. There is also a gravel path that is suitable for a pram stroll, plus parking, toilets and an exercise circuit. The parking is free and there are good toilet facilities in the park.

We love going to this park because there’s something for everyone in the family. Our toddler enjoys the smaller playground equipment, and there’s space to practice on little bikes and scooters. As there are no large established trees it is not so good for the hot summer days, but great any other time of the year. (Birgit Renshaw)
