Parc Central is the largest urban park in Spain with 3 separate play areas and bike paths. Extensive green areas are crossed by a small stream to enjoy sport and games with the family. A path parallel to the torrent – for walkers and cyclists, illuminated and lined by trees – crosses the park from top to bottom. There are basketball courts, an extensive lawn area for different sports and activities, and a children’s play area.
There are lots of parks in Sant Cugat and large parts of the town have dedicated cycling paths that make it very safe for families. A favourite park with our children is Parc Central. It is really well maintained. (Victoria Hunt)
