The Zoological Gardens of Pistoia is a 7-hectares zoo with more than 400 animals and is in continuous expansion. A wonderful place to see a great variety of animals in Tuscan woodland. The zoo is very well kept, and makes a fantastic daytrip for youngsters. (Kirsten Hills)
