Entre Parenthèses

Sandra Gliffe become a professional coach and trainer after leaving the corporate world. She was a successful senior manager in a global top 50 NASDAQ leader,  and is now a professional coach certified by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She founded Entre Parenthèses to support all those who see themselves at a turning point in their career. Sandra is passionate about helping people to land the job they love and knows from first hand experience how difficult it can be to make the decision to do something you really want to do rather than stay with a career you feel you should do.

Sandra supports individuals and organisations to reconnect with their raison d’ être, by reconnecting with themselves (unleashing their potential), with others (creating relationships of trust) and their environment (creating an inspiring environment). She is based in Geneva and works with clients locally and internationally in English, French and German.

In their own words

Coaching is a wonderful tool because it pushes individuals to take full responsibility for their actions, in life. So it is you who, at each session, tells me what your problem is and your current needs. Through my listening, my questions and the suggested exercises, new avenues, new perspectives will emerge in your consciousness…I use coaching to support you. Coaching, because it’s a wonderful tool that invites you to find your own solutions to create your future as you want it. This is where it is far more powerful than any training, method, or technical advice you can receive.” Sandra
