SimplyBePilates offers both fitness and rehabilitation Pilates classes, ideal for getting in shape whether you are looking for a beginner or intermediate class in Barcelona. Classes are multi level so you are guaranteed to be given a modification to suit your ability. These group classes are taught in English and delivered in a way that is easy to understand. Pre and Post natal classes target the tummy, back and pelvic floor muscles, which are the muscles most effected during pregnancy and after birth. Pilates is a completely safe way to exercise while helping you maintain the strength you need during pregnancy. Various types of massage are also available at the centre including deep tissue massage, sport massage, anti-cellulite and Thai massage along with structural osteopathy sessions. Owner, Devorah Al-Irimi originally from London, left her career in marketing to pursue her passion for teaching, health and people. Her own experiences of suffering from back pain lead her to Pilates, and nutrition. After seeing the benefits in her health and recovery Devorah was motivated to study complementary hands-on techniques such as: massage therapy and structural osteopathy. She believes that the combination of these therapies allows for balance, mindful movement and a positive lifestyle. She aims to inspire and challenge her clients while having fun. Devorah offers MAT pilates classes with rollers and balls as well as reformer classes.
