Southlands English School in Rome is a private day school teaching the English national curriculum and IB programmes to pupils aged 3-18.

About

Southlands English School in Rome teaches the English curriculum from Key Stage 1 through to Key Stage 4, ending with the iGCSE qualifications. The school caters for 16-18-year-old pupils with the International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma Program, which is recognised internationally. All teachers are native English speakers, fully qualified and with years of experience in British education.

The school also offers Italian parents the Programma Ministeriale Italiano programme, allowing their children to take an exam each year to obtain certification from a public Italian partner school. This continues into sixth form with the option for students to take the Italian Maturità exams. The school offers subject combinations for the Liceo LinguisticoLiceo Scientifico and the Liceo Scienze Umane.

The school is home to over 400 students aged 3 to 18 from over 30 nationalities.
