It’s that time of year again when parents start planning for the 13 week summer holidays in Catalunya. Typically there are many different summer camps in Barcelona during the second half of June and all of July, whilst parents continue to work. Although August has typically been reserved for family holidays, with changing work patterns, more camps are now available during August too.
There are a huge variety of summer camps in Barcelona available in summer 2026. From outdoorsy sports camps to creative design studios, there is something to suit every child’s interests. Here are some of the best summer camps in English in Barcelona.

IAB Youth Academy
The IAB Youth Academy Summer Youth Camp is a 5-week Performing Arts Camp for young people aged 6 to 17, at the IAB’s stunning facility in Sitges. The students will spend the summer break having fun and gaining confidence through singing, acting and dance. All of the classes are taught in English (Spanish speakers are warmly welcomed) and each weekly course will follow a different musical theatre theme, working towards a performance.
To ensure the most relevant classes, groups will be divided by age category and children can attend for one or more weeks. Families are invited to a free performance at the end of each week. Participants get to take to a professional stage with full lighting and sound, enjoying a real theatre experience in front of a 200-seat audience.
This year’s camp runs from 22nd June to Friday 24th July 2026, from 9:30 to 13:30 daily. Weekly tuition fees are 210 € per student per week, with a 10% discount for two siblings and 15% for three or more.

Ruckus Athletics Summer Muay Thai Casal
Ruckus Athletics are offering a Muay Thai Casal for ages 4 to 16, at their gym in El Born.
The programme is designed for international families in Barcelona. It’s conducted primarily in English with Spanish support if needed, in small groups of maximum 20 kids per week, by experienced coaches with a background in working with children in sports.
The camps will run from 22nd June to 24th July 2026, Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 13:30h.
Beyond Muay Thai, a fun martial art that builds coordination, confidence, discipline and resilience, kids also enjoy games, team activities and occasional trips to the beach. Families can sign up for individual weeks or the full 5-week programme.

La Molina Summer Camp in the Pyrenees
Located in the spectacular Pyrenees, La Molina Summer Camp near Barcelona welcomes children aged 7 to 14 to experience the freedom of living in nature, surrounded by forest and mountain landscapes.
The weekly residential camps take place from Sunday to Sunday and offer a fantastic array of activities and fun experiences. The camp is located a ten minute walk from Lake Molina and is well equipped with a swimming pool, football field, outdoor theatre and an indoor activity centre just in case of bad weather.
A typical week includes kayaking, ziplining, white water rafting, mountain biking, horse riding and more. Every evening, campers take part in fun activities such as cinema nights, a talent show and a farewell party with music and dancing before the end of each camp.
Their Summer 2026 Adventure camp for ages 7 to 14 will run from 12th to 19th July 2026 and/or from 19th to 26th July 2026, and costs 550 € to 620 € per week (depending if transport to and from Barcelona is needed).

The Forest School Summer Camp, located in Sant Pere de Ribes, is described as a magical journey into the heart of nature, offering children adventure and discovery in a natural setting – from craft-making to bushcraft skills. Rosa dels Vents
With over 40 years of experience running summer camps, Rosa dels Vents run excellent day and residential adventure camps for children and teenagers. They offer fantastic immersive English language experiences with a balance of lessons and fun activities.
They organise stays in educational facilities throughout Catalunya, with camps themed around activities such as Horses and Breath Work, Aquadventure, Magic Adventure, Outdoor Sports and more. In summer 2026, they are also offering an Xtreme Adventure camp and Adrenaline Activities for young people aged 12 to 16.Parents can also access photos and videos of their child’s days at camp via a secure online portal that is regularly kept up to date. American School of Barcelona (ASB) Summer English Programme
ASB is offering a 4-week Summer English Programme from 25th June to 22nd July 2026, for students to immerse themselves in English in an engaging and interactive environment. Designed for students of all levels, from ages 3 to 17, this 4-week immersive experience builds confidence in English while fostering creativity, teamwork, and cultural connections.
The programme runs from 9:30 to 17:00, with the option to do half days from 9:30 – 14:00. Classes are a mix of academic English instruction with engaging activities such as art, musical theatre, robotics, library visits and more.
All teachers are native English speakers and students benefit from small class sizes, grouped by age and their level of proficiency. Fees in 2026 are 1650€ for the full day, 4-week programme, and 1260€ for mornings only. The fee includes round trip bus transport, all books and materials and lunch (for the full day programme only).
Due to the academic focus of the ASB summer programme, the school prioritises 4-week applications to ensure the best learning outcomes. Applicants who wish to take part in fewer weeks will be added to a waiting list and contacted in mid-June if a space becomes available.

Oak House’s renowned English Summer School returns for its 38th edition from 22nd June to 31st July 2026 for children aged 3 to 14. Students are grouped by age:

St George International School Barcelona
This year St. George International School will host a Summer English Immersion Camp at their campus in Barcelona for children aged 3 to 10 years old. The camp will run from 29th June to 31tst July 2026, with all classes and activities led by native English-speaking teachers.
The children will take part in sports, water games, workshops, cooking, arts and crafts and other activities while having fun and making friends with children from different cultures and nationalities. Sharing a campus with the Emilio Sánchez American School, these impressive tennis camps run on a weekly basis from June 2nd to 31st August 2026. The Emilio Sánchez Academy Summer Intensive has been designed for young tennis players from around the world aged 13 to 23. Their tennis summer camps combine high-level tennis training with language studies and fun activities for a memorable summer in Barcelona.
Participants receive highly personalised coaching, with a low player-to-coach ratio. The course offers 19.5 hours of tennis training and 11.5 hours of physical conditioning per week. Barcelona Summer Camps (Ages 11–16)
Older students can customise their summer adventure through Hamelin-Laie’s International Summer Camp for ages 11 to 16. With both Day Camp and Residential Camp options, campers can choose from a variety of fun academic, cultural, and recreational activities, including workshops, excursions, and evening events.
Day campers attend Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:30, while boarding students enjoy 24/7 care, accommodation in separate boys’ and girls’ boarding houses. Each Summer Camp session is two weeks long.

The British School of Barcelona (BSB) invites children and teens to enjoy a vibrant selection of summer camps designed to inspire learning, creativity, and fun. BSB Summer School (Ages 3–12)

BSB Summer Language School (Ages 11–16)

From 22nd June to 10th July 2026, St Peter’s International School in Barcelona will offer a series of fun and educational summer camps for children aged 1 to 13. Camps run Monday to Thursday from 9:00 to 16:30 and Fridays until 15:00, with half-day options (09:00 to 12:00) available for younger age groups. Prices range from 300 € to 345 € per week depending on the programme and schedule.
Baby Explorers (Born in 2023-2024)
Available exclusively to current St Peter’s students, the Baby Explorers camp extends the kindergarten experience into the summer, offering themed activities such as music, crafts, sensory play, and water games in a safe, nurturing setting.
Little Explorers 1,2 and 3 (Born in 2020-2022)

From 29th June to 31st July 2026, the Learnlife Eco Hub in Castelldefels will host the FUNdamentales Summer Camp for children aged 5 to 13. Set just steps from the sea at the beachfront Eco Hub, the camp will combine creative activities, weekly excursions to local activity centres, and hands-on workshops led by bilingual English and Spanish monitors. Each week will follow a different theme.
The camp will run from 08:30 to 16:30, with half-day options also available. Families can provide their own packed lunch or include lunch in their booking. Fees are €245 per week for a full day with food, €190 per week without food, or €100 per week for a half day.
