The Ellendel School of Speech and Drama, established in 2016, has grown into a thriving educational institution with a profound global reach. What started out as one school in South East London, has now expanded to schools across London, in addition to a thriving online community where students from across the world join each week.

The Ellendel School offers classes in Speech and Drama, Creative Writing and English Tuition. These subjects constitute the foundation of a comprehensive education that nurtures their talents and equips them with essential life skills. Ellendel Specialises in preparing students for LAMDA examinations in a range of categories: Verse and Prose, Public Speaking, Reading for Performance and Solo Acting.

The primary objective of Ellendel’s Speech and Drama school is to develop the whole person and help students become more effective and confident communicators in various settings, including public speaking and everyday life. Lessons focus on developing communication, social and performance skills. Students learn techniques to improve their public speaking, vocal delivery and expression. In addition, students study different forms of literature including poetry and prose to develop an appreciation of world literature.

Ellendel’s English classes are focused on honing students’ writing and reading skills. They empower students to express themselves eloquently in writing and enhance their ability to analyse and comprehend written texts.

The Ellendel School of Speech and Drama has been recognised by Talk Education as one of the top specialist schools in the UK. This accolade is a testament to the school’s dedication to nurturing young minds and cultivating skills that are immensely valuable in today’s world.
