The English International College (EIC Marbella) teaches the English national curriculum for pupils aged 3 – 18 years, covering GCSEs and A Levels. The school was founded in 1978 and is one of the oldest British schools on the Costa del Sol. Over 70% of students are of UK origin. The school is selective and each pupil must be offered an invitation following a selection process.

Curriculum

The EIC in Marbella teaches the English national curriculum for pupils aged 3 – 18 years. The school is selective and by invitation. Requirements include six GCSE grades of C or above, and an A or A* for subjects a student wishes to take for their A Levels. Additional tests will be carried out for new students. Primary and Secondary education also follows the English national curriculum. The school is high achieving, with 100% of students achieving their 1st place choice of university.

Location

The English International College (EIC Marbella) is a 20 minute drive from Marbella city centre, and a stone’s throw from the Mediterranean Sea. The nearest international airport is 1 hour and 30 minutes drive away, the Malaga-Costa del Sol airport.

Fees & Admissions

The EIC Marbella does not make their fees public. The admissions procedure begins with an enquiry, followed by interviews and testing before a pupil is offered an invitation. The process is explained on the EIC Marbella’s website.
