Located on the hill of the Croix Rousse, The Plum Kitchen is owned by Lucy, an American expat in Lyon and a qualified pastry chef. She offers children’s workshops in English covering a variety of techniques and themes in French cooking. She also offers exceptional workshops for adults, including lessons in market cuisine (including a visit to the local market to select the best seasonal ingredients).
