The Wellnest is an inclusive parent and baby centre in Alella, dedicated to family wellbeing and fostering healthy and lasting bonds through shared experiences and meaningful interactions. 

They recently opened their first centre in Maresme, offering guided activities, workshops, and events designed to strengthen the bond between parents and children.

They offer activities for all ages, from Baby Dance Club™ and Baby Music Therapy to Animal Flow and mindfulness for pregnant women. Their passionate team are committed to enhancing your family’s wellbeing and the space is cosy, inclusive and accessible. 

Their workshops and community events are specially designed to help parents learn, grow and connect with other families in meaningful ways. Events include talks with parenting experts, and family celebrations such as Halloween parties. Some of their popular activities include pregnancy and lactation circles, pregnancy music therapy and workshops in baby first aid.
