Expats in France have access to a wide range of support and English-speaking mental health professionals. Our growing network of therapists and coaches in France includes psychotherapists, marriage and relationship counsellors, speech therapists, hypnotherapists, children’s therapists, teenage counsellors, life coaches and more.
Living abroad can be one of the most enriching, exciting and wonderful experiences, exploring a new culture and meeting new people. However we also know that big life changes and cultural differences can also come with unexpected challenges such as loneliness, anxiety, depression and communication difficulties.
