A qualified reflexologist since 1996, Tracy Noble is registered member of the Association of Reflexologists, offering both facial reflexology and traditional reflexology of the feet.

Reflexology is a complementary therapy which stimulates healing through applying pressure to corresponding reflex points that are believed to relate to different points throughout the body. Tracy has lived in with her husband and daughter for over 20 years, developing a passion for alternative treatments after suffering from her own health problems which were greatly improved with a course of reflexology treatments.

Providing an excellent way of relieving stress and tension, reflexology is thought to have countless benefits including relief from anxiety, migraines, stress, PMT and menopause symptoms, digestive disorders and alleviating muscle tension and back problems.Tracy has also obtained her qualification in the Bergman method of facial reflexology including the Zone Face Lift.
