A special feature is the Wichtel Akademie’s integrated yoga concept. Short, playful yoga activities are naturally incorporated into the children’s daily routines, with breathing exercises, movement, mindfulness and relaxation helping children develop body awareness, concentration and emotional balance. Dedicated mat yoga also gives children the opportunity to explore movement and relaxation in greater depth.
