On Wednesdays, Saturdays and throughout school holidays, Karen Bonnet offers courses for children and their parents. During each hour and a half long session, children discover the secrets of chocolate making. After a fun introduction on how to make chocolate from scratch, children then create their own from different moulds. There are also cake-making, confectionery and macaroon workshops.
