Have you or a member of your family been diagnosed with ADHD/ADD?
With figures showing the amount of children and adults being diagnosed with ADHD/ADD rapildly increasing, many turn to medication or behavioural treatment to control the condition.
Is there a gentler, non-medicated approach to helping treat those with ADHD/ADD?
Certified Equine Assited Coach Pia Ault, alongside her horse/coaching partner Lola, work with children, adults and their families to help them understand more about themselves and their condition, thus assisting them in finding coping strategies they can employ in everyday life.
Over several sessions, Pia and Lola together gently coach the adult or child through a number of methods designed to help the individual focus on the task in hand and find calm in the often frustrating world people that have ADHD/ADD live in.
A Certified Equine Assisted Coach, Pia Ault, also an ICF Certified Co-Active Coach works with horses to help children with ADHD.
After working more than 25 years in multinational corporations across the USA, Europe, Middle East and Africa, Pia left a corporate career to follow her passion of helping others get more out of life. Pia has two sons with attention deficit disorder and her husband has adult ADD.
The result of her personal experience is that Pia is helping families impacted by their child’s ADD/ADHD, and other disorders that affect family dynamics and harmony.
Pia’s equine coaching partner includes Lola, a 15-year old Arabian mare.

MumAbroad was founded in 2007 as a resource for expat mums who struggled without the support of their extended family.
By 2014, the network had grown to include information on child-related services, schools, family activities, shops, family holidays and restaurants across Spain and three other European countries.
The international network is proud to feature a Women in Business directory, giving home-country, expat and immigrant women a platform to reinvent themselves after maternity leave and serve the MumAbroad community.
