International Women Building Businesses, IWBB, was set up in 2015 as a free networking group for women in Spain. More recently Natasha Kennedy and Clodagh founded IWBB Vault, a membership programme for female entrepreneurs.

FOUNDERS NATASHA KENNEDY & CLODAGH BEATY
After working in law and HR in London for 10 years Natasha Kennedy relocated to Madrid for love. She took a course to become an English teacher and started teaching business English. She set up a TEFL Training business in 2006 on a limited budget and with a lot of enthusiasm. The company grew and Natasha now owns a range of brands under the umbrella of LETS Education. She is also a business mentor and strategist for women entrepreneurs.
A human resources and people development specialist, Clodagh Beaty has extensive experience both designing and delivering training as an external consultant and analysing, implementing and evaluating training as a Learning & Development Manager. She’s also a certified coach, NLP Master Practitioner and Trainer and ILM Trainer. In 2012 Clodagh relocated to Spain where she met her business partner and together they created the successful Emotional Salary Barometer, an online tool which measures the Emotional Salary of a working individual.

MUMABROAD
MumAbroad was founded in 2007 as a resource for expat mums who struggled without the support of their extended family.
By 2014, the network had grown to include information on child-related services, schools, family activities, shops, family holidays and restaurants across Spain and three other European countries.
The international network is proud to feature a Women in Business directory, giving home-country, expat and immigrant women a platform to reinvent themselves after maternity leave and serve the MumAbroad community.
