Xaloc, l’Hospitalet de Llobregat

Xaloc (Colegi Xaloc) is a private boys-only school founded in 1964 that offers the International Baccalaureate, and is inspired by a transcendent vision of human existence in accordance with the Catholic Church.

Curriculum

The school teaches the Catalan regional curriculum, with intensive English langauge learning and native language assistants. The school prepares students for Cambridge international exams in English, as well as DELF qualifications for French.

The school guides secondary school pupils towards the national ESO (Educación Secundaria Obligatoria) qualification. The school then offers pupils ages 16-18 the national Bachillerato qualification or the option of studying the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme.

The school also offers vocational courses with workplace experience in fields such as industrial installations and maintenance, automisation and industrial robotics, maintenance of thermal installations and more. See more information here.

Location

The Xaloc school is based in the L-Hospitalet de Llobregat region of Barcelona city, and is a 20-minute drive from the city centre towards the port area.
