I´ve enjoyed Iyengar yoga taught by Ferran which uses various props and one on one attention/adjustments. His wife, Lara, teaches pregnancy yoga and is also very available for support outside of the yoga studio. I also went to the Mommy and Baby yoga before my son could crawl and really enjoyed the atmosphere and group of women I met. Be sure to call before attending the classes because there may be schedule changes not shown on the webpage. Classes are generally taught in Catalan but they are happy to teach in Spanish if requested. (Stephanie)
